To facilitate the implementation of action plans identified through the consulting and audits process, we propose to customers to take the leading role in the Sustainable Development approach. As such we will support you with the animation, energizing, coordination and enrichment of your sustainable development program by delegating members of our experienced consultancy team for a specified number of days each month, dependent on your  requirements.

• Our team of consultants and experienced project managers will assist you with the development of a coordinated and efficient sustainable development strategy.
• We will assist with the management and coordination of the projects and reporting (dashboards, sustainable development reports, internal communications, training and awareness)
• We will provide skills in sustainable development on specific topics as and when required
• We will Invoice according to the number of days defined each month in the annual or half-yearly plan
